Always Contributing to Society through Manufacturing
Yamada Chemical was founded in 1944 with the purpose of desalination of seawater during the wartime period at the request of the Navy, and was the first in Japan to succeed in industrial production of "ion exchange resin".
With the postwar reconstruction, we switched to the production of "textile dyes" that color the society, and during the high economic growth period, we produced "leuco dyes" that are used as heat and pressure sensitive paper as information recording materials.
In recent years, we have been focusing on the development of "functional dyes" by utilizing the organic synthesis technology we have cultivated since our foundation. Functional dyes have become established as a key material that supports the basic technology of electronics-related products in today's highly developed society.
Through manufacturing, contribute to society at any time.
We will continue to respond to customers' requests with Yamada Chemical's developed products and outstanding technologies, and carry out business activities to make them useful for everyone's lives around the world.
